Here & Their is a design and construction consultancy to bring value and assurance to your project. We tailor our scope of work to the needs of each project, to demystify the process and give you confidence in the outcome. We are energized by places and people, creative ideas and their execution.
Whether your budget, building experience, creativity or schedule is big or small, our consultancy can scale from a discovery exercise in helping you create a realistic budget for your project and negotiate a commercial lease, to full design services of concept to construction. We believe design should be approachable and accessible, please feel at ease asking us anything.
We work across residential and commercial spaces (retail, hospitality and offices). We are agile to the fast paced and ever complex real estate and construction landscape. This flexible consultancy comes from industry experience and an understanding that to create a successful space you need a shared understanding of the objectives and approach; between designer, client, suppliers and makers. We believe creativity flourishes with boundaries.
Please drop us a note here, we'd love to chat.

Favorite Pasta Noodle; obviously depends on the sauce but if it has to be one it would be Cavatelli
For the curious, some quotes we admire;
‘To produce 1000 grams of honey, a colony of bees will make enough foraging trips to orbit the earth three times. In a colony, there are foragers, nest-builders, scouts, drones, offspring bearers and a queen. A bee has a precise-enough sense of smell that it can differentiate types of flowers and smell nectar from meters
away. On finding a good source, a scout returns to the hive to report the stie through a carefully calculated dance. They also have to do this in the dark. A single bee will make half a teaspoon of honey in its
lifetime. This is the stuff of patience and beauty’ Hello Mr Magazine

‘Our profession, that of the architect, is an eminently collective one. It can be fulfilled only if accompanied by numerous other key figures. To mention just some, these extend from the client, the bearer of needs, to the contractor appointed to build the project, right through to the architect as the bearer of architectural
expertise. The lack, or even the inadequacy, of any of these figures will prevent the results of the work from attaining the fullness, thus reducing them to a forced partiality.’
